With Valentine’s Day around the corner, it can sometimes be frustrating thinking of what to wear, especially for a Valentine’s date. Well no sweat, since I decided to put together a post with some outfit ideas and styled jewellery pieces from Kokomo jewellery. This Etsy shop is based in Ontario and carries beautiful handmade pieces. These simple pieces add an effortless and natural look to any outfit. I personally like keeping it simple for Valentines Day, which is why these pieces suit my “less is more” style.

Celestina Earrings

I’ve always been a fan of pearls since they have that classic look. These Celestina Earrings are exactly what I envisioned to wear on a cute lunch date. Here I styled these earrings with a light peach floral tank top, which can be worn with a nice pair of jeans and a cardigan to throw over when your cold. I love the combination of the brass with the pearls, and I find the shape of these earrings really compliment any face shape.

Calina Necklace

The next outfit I styled is inspired for an artistic, modern look. This is an outfit I would wear on a chic date downtown to an art gallery or coffee shop. The Calina Necklace is two toned with silver and brass, which can be dressed up or down easily. What I was going for with this look is something sophisticated and simple, shown in the white top and checkered shirt. The monochromatic colour scheme really lets the necklace take centre stage.

Whether it be a Netflix kind of night or a night on the town, these outfits and accessories should have you inspired and help you plan your own outfit for February 14.
