If you read my last post then you read that I am pregnant, but for those that don’t I am 16 weeks pregnant with my first child. This has definitely be a whirlwind of an experience so far, as I’m sure any new mama-to-be will agree. One of the funnest (and perhaps toughest) parts of my growing stomach is trying to determine how to dress it.

This summer I have two weddings to attend, plus my own baby shower and needed something to wear that is both bump friendly, but also fashionable and comfortable. I know, big shoes to fill. Thank goodness I stumbled upon Pink Blush. Not only are their clothes absolutely adorable, they are affordable and super trendy.

They had a huge selection of dresses to suit all my summer events and the hardest part this time was narrowing it down to just one. I ended up going with a stunning  coral chiffon and lace maxi dress. I loved how the fabric flowed and the lace detailing added a feminine touch.

I was a bit nervous to see the dress in person as I wasn’t sure how it would look on my newly curvier body, but I was so happy with the fit. It is definitely a dress I will get a lot of use out of this summer as my bump grows and I love that I can style it in different ways with accessories like belts or a pair of bold earrings. Pink Blush Coral Maxi Dress

The dress is so classy but so incredibly comfortable at the same time. The fabric is light weight so it will definitely be a blessing at those summer weddings! The colour pops and is flattering to my skin tone and bonus points for the dress being long enough for my 5’9″ frame.
