Last week I decided to go on a juice cleanse (I’m telling myself I did it for you guys) and not only did I drink nothing but juice for two days (because I was too scared to try it for any longer) I attempted to document it. Every temptation, happy feeling and rage blackout. My big girl job has a giant, beautiful cold salad bar, AND a hot entrée bar, so you can imagine that these two days were the longest, hardest two days of my life.
Hey guys! Happy 2016! I hope you all had a safe and exciting New Years! I’m feeling so excited and overwhelmed with so many goals and plans for 2016. I know I say this every year, but this year feels super exciting (something else I probably say every year) but be it that we are two weeks away from my 27th birthday, I’ve taken some time to reflect on 2015 and set some realistic goals for the year ahead of us, and made sure to provide ways to stay constantly happy and healthy throughout the next 12 months.
I live with my best friend, and have for the past 5 years. We have the best time together, when we find time to be together. She’s in school full time and I work full time so we are always trying to catch each other on our lunch breaks with a quick, “What is for dinner tonight? Should I pick anything up?”
